While it's not Friday, Wednesday is a good day of the week. It’s the halfway point or…the “hump day.” I always felt so awkward wishing people a “happy hump day.” It’s weird. And since when did we start naming the days of the week? Thirsty Thrusday! Or a Mundane Monday (Alexandria original). This is just getting out of control.

Luckily, Cleveland provided me with my new favorite term for Wednesday. Perk Plaza located off of E.12^th and Walnut holds “Walnut Wednesdays” every….You guessed it. Wednesday. A wide variety of food trucks line the streets each featuring specialty items. The options range from ethnic foods to the classic American ribs. Of course, if you have a ginormous sweet tooth like me, there are food trucks devoted specifically to dessert *heaven.* (can I just mention there is a truck called donut lab? Yeah. Enough said).

So if you are near downtown tomorrow, or any Wednesday through September 25^th, you should head over to Perk Plaza for a fun and unique way to spend lunch.
